Dana Herbert’s Anti-Cancer Treatments include raw milk and raw milk cheese: ….I recently added raw milk and raw milk cheese to my raw foods diet and I must say that my health has improved dramatically. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but almost overnight my sleep pattern went from going to sleep at 3:00 am and sleeping until 11:00 am – to going to sleep at 10:00 pm and sleeping until 6:00, and actually waking up feeling well-rested and refreshed for the first time ever…..”

Urban Mamas on Charitable Giving and Receiving: “…I am grateful. And yet, given my now year-long commitment to feed my family organic, fairly traded, as-local-as-possible food, it’s been a challenge deciding how to face a six-year-old who I found hoarding two boxes of cake mix and a package of Sara Lee dinner rolls in his bedroom. Among other things. One day I’ll let the boys gorge themselves on Trix, Campbell’s chicken noodle soup, and chocolate icing straight out of the carton, the next day I hide it all and force-feed them sourdough whole wheat baked goods and raw milk….”

  • I have been following a raw foods vegan diet for a while, and then read about Aajonus Vonderplanitz and how he cured himself of lymphoma and myeloma with raw milk and raw meats . . . . so I found a farm close by that sells raw milk and raw milk cheese.

The immediate benefits were completely unexpected.I’m looking forward to the long-term benefits!

Thanks for linking to me! I’ll add you to my Blogroll!

    Cheers,
    Dana Herbert

  • Thanks Dana. Aajonus is not only a stellar raw milk activist, he has a great story about his conversion to meat eating. Perhaps someday I’ll excerpt it on this blog (from his book.). His story reminds me of the bumper sticker I saw once at Ag school which said “Eat Lamb, 20,000 coyotes can’t all be wrong”.
