Still in the U.S. and A, but closer to home, here’s a report on a model raw milk farm from the Buffalo Evening News. It seems Americans just can’t get enough of that raw milk goodness. We predict farms like this will be the wave of the future. This story is by Janice Okun, titled “Lapp dairy farm is all natural”. Here’s a bit of what she has to say:

Six Brown Swiss and Jersey/ German Reds living on the Lapp Farm Dairy in Cassadaga enjoy fresh green grass and new pasture daily from April through November.
