Jane Burgermeister on the charges she filed in Austria against Baxter & others

“I have filed criminal charges in Austria against Baxter and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology for producing and distributing contaminated bird flu vaccine material this winter, alleging that this was a deliberate act to cause a pandemic, and also to profit from that pandemic.

Avir and Baxter AG are headquartered inside the Vienna City limits, where I live, and so fall within the jurisdiction of the Vienna City Prosecutor.

In the paperwork I filed with the Vienna City Courthouse on Wednesday, April 8th, 2009, after consulting lawyers, I present evidence  of intent to cause harm by Baxter and Avir, citing, among other things, the fact that Baxter uses Biosafety Level 3 regulations to prevent just such a contamination of ordinary flu with the bird flu virus.

Also, I suggest that there are reasonable grounds for believing that Baxter is part of a secret bioweapons programme and that there are plans to release weaponised bird flu on the world’s population soon.

Furthermore, I present evidence to support the notion that Baxter is a smaller entity operating within a bigger aggregate of entities that belong to an international organised crime group, which I maintain can be identified with the group known informally as “The Illuminati”.

I allege there is evidence the US “Illuminati”-controlled government plans to release the bird flu on the US population in the near future, citing bird flu drills, FEMA camps, mass graves among other facts. Continue reading

Why raw milk is the future of dairying

We’re reprinting this story by Kathryn Barry, which we discovered on the Finance News Today blog. It’s interesting to consider this essay in contrast to Bill Marler’s latest post wondering why Whole Foods bothers to carry raw milk when by doing so they’re exposing themselves to potential lawsuits. Maybe the short answer is that Whole Foods wants to attract customers like Kathryn Barry, the author of the article below, who are tired of having to “score”  their raw milk like illicit drugs, through clandestine meetings in deserted parks.

Organic raw milk is much safer milk to drink according to my own experience. I know everyone and I do mean everyone has been lead to believe that raw milk is dangerous to consume. The last time I became deathly ill from drinking milk, it was from low fat pasteurized milk. The same milk that is given to children at school. What’s the point of drinking low fat pasteurized milk?

This is How to Destroy Milk & Your Health

Enzymes are extremely fragile and will be lost at temperatures of 145 Degrees for 30 minutes or longer. This process is called pasteurization and renders a food lifeless. This process creates a drain on your pancreas and only creates more work for this organ to help digest your food.

Homogenization is a process that creates frankenstein fats that will scar your blood vessels and create blockages in your arteries.

Ultra-Pasteurization heats milk to 280 degrees, rendering it completely indigestible and ultra-pasteurization will also create MSG – a Neurotoxin.

On the Other Hand — Organic Raw Milk is: Continue reading

Corporate agendas on display at Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement hearings

Here are excerpts from a couple of accounts from Elanor of The Ethicurean blog, who took the time to attend these lengthy National Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement hearings and report back. Elanor’s reports give some idea of the level of commitment needed to effect change at the regulatory level in American agriculture today and the extent to which the priorities of trade interest groups determine contemporary farming practices.

Greens farmers, even organic ones have taken to eliminating hedgerows, wild vegetation and wild animals in an effort to please wholesalers and marketers concerned about possible contamination of produce. Picture of a sterile farm courtesy of Wild Farm Alliance

Greens farmers, even organic ones have taken to eliminating hedgerows, wild vegetation and wild animals in an effort to please wholesalers and marketers concerned about possible "contamination" of produce. This picture of a "sterile" farm was used on the Ethicurean courtesy of Wild Farm Alliance.

“I packed a suit for three days of USDA hearings over an industry-proposed national food safety agreement [pdf] for leafy greens. In retrospect, I should have packed a flask. After 11 hours a day of industry muscle-flexing, including a threatened lawsuit, straight whiskey was looking pretty good.

The proposal being considered, first in Monterey and later at six other locations across the country, would create a National Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement, which I’ll explain in a sec. The proposal’s authors are big producer, shipper, and processing associations that helped create a Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement currently in place in California and Arizona. What’s a marketing agreement, you ask?  I know it sounds unbearably dull. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned this week, it’s that names are deceiving. Continue reading
