Ontario raw milk farmer Michael Schmidt was invited to Rutgers University in New Jersey to give a lecture on raw milk last fall. While he was there, he took a look at some of the exhibits on display and snapped these photos:

Back in 1904, "milk" would have been raw milk".

Hmm, TB mortality down, but malignancy is up.

    Do you mean “tuberculosis down”?

    I understand it as showing that while the acute form of TB, as in people dying from it is declining, malignant forms of the disease continue to linger, even more so than earlier in history. But I’m interpolating here, and would be glad to hear other interpretations. OR maybe malignancies refers to all forms of malignant diseases including things like cancer.
