“MATCH OF THE TITANS” — Raw milk debate at Harvard, February 16th, 2012

This should be good. Let’s hope they publish the proceedings of this landmark debate in some readily accessible format.

Opposing them will be Sally Fallon Morell, President, Weston A. Price Foundation, and David Gumpert, Author, The Raw Milk Revolution, both leading raw milk proponents.

The debate is scheduled to be held on February 16 at Harvard Law School in the Langdell South classroom at 7:15 pm. The event is open to the public.”

Watch for David Gumpert to keep the other side engaged , as Sally offers the “knock out punch” in the debate !

  2. The Bovine

A debate of this magnitude has been a long time coming.

If any Bovine readers cannot attend the debate, will there be a webcast in real time and/or a video recording made available to view later?

Pasturised and Homogenised milk is just as dangerous in the long term as the radiation coming from Japan.

Homogenisation is particularly bad because the large LDL fat particles in the cream are forced through a very fine sieve or orifice which breakes the fat particals into small LDL particals.

These small LDL particles are then able to embed themselves in one’s
artries and causes a build-up of plaque.

The end result is plugged artries leading to a heart attack.
