Pioneers of Etheric Rain Engineering: Wilhelm Reich, Trevor James Constable

All this talk of Wilhelm Reich and his orgone energy in the comment section reminds me that Trevor James Constable ran a weather modification business out of Singapore towards the end of the last century using airborne technology based on Reich’s cloudbuster. I remember being impressed by Constable’s book “The Cosmic Pulse of Life” when I read it back in the late 70s. The following description is from a web page bearing his name.
