“Up to individuals as well as parents to make their own decisions when it comes to what they eat and drink” — Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq

Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq: “I firmly believe it is up to individuals as well as parents to make their own decisions when it comes to what they eat and what they drink. That’s why our focus is on giving people the information they need to make good, informed decisions,”

As in the case of raw milk for instance!

Meanwhile, Wisconsin Judge Patrick Fielder, who supports the FDA’s assertion that people have no right to consumer any particular food is retiring from judgement to take a job with a law firm whose clients include Monsanto. Coincidence?

Here’s the long story on that (from Gayle L.):

Earlier this month, Wisconsin Judge Patrick J. Fiedler issued a response to the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund regarding the Constitutionality of food rights. In his response, Judge Fiedler stated “Plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to consume the milk from their own cow.” He then went further stating, “Plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to produce and consume the foods of their choice.”

So, what does this mean? You have NO right (according to Judge Fiedler) to raise animals, crops or even an orchard or backyard garden. You have NO right to choose what food you eat. The government has the right to mandate or prohibit the consumption of any food.

What would motivate Judge Fiedler to issue such a shocking ruling against food rights? Well, a quick Internet search reveals some clues. Within days of his ruling against food rights, Judge Fiedler announced he has decided to retire and will resign his position as judge September 30. He will go into private practice, as an attorney for the Axel Brynelson Law Firm.

I did some research on the Axel [Axley?] Brynelson Law Firm and found that in May 2010, the firm represented Monsanto in a lawsuit concerning a DNA patent. So, within days of ruling that Americans have no right to produce and consume the foods of their choice, Judge Fiedler is hired by a law firm that represents Monsanto. What a coincidence!

Here’s a promo video from that firm’s website:

  1. half of all cancers and heart sickness are cause by poor eating habits leadinbg to high taxpayers medical costs

and we all still should fire ASAP the tax payers paid bad health ministers, ministers who also do lie when they do say that they are here to serve the citizens, not rather them now being selfish, self serving and/or mainly looking after their own party members in reality.

Follow the Money trail.. One of the oldest rule of journalism and why is that? Well according to Jesus himself now the love of money is the root of all evil.. and so it seems many of the politicians have entered into politics not to serve the good citizens but rather to try to get rich..

Now it also is clearly not just the politicians who are guilty of abusing the taxpayers money as we can can readily know by even the more recent revelations of corruptions related to the awarding of Montreal, Quebec city hall contracts.. and likley in many other places..

THEY CANNOT CLAIM IGNORANCE ABOUT THE PERVERSITIES

  2. I’m an American citizen and am not shocked…Monsanto has driven many farmers out of what was running a family business, as in can’t plant corn seeds to grow the crop they have always relied on. Not only that but they have forced farmers from saving their own seed.. It becomes genetically crossed with Monsanto’s own seed in other fields, therefore becomes legally theirs, as I understand it.
We used to have milk goats and drank the milk raw. We have a local dairy farmer who sells the milk in health markets and their own store. Guess what It’s not homogenized and they had to fight for that “Right”.
So if Monsanto has complete control of seeds, that equates to food for the world, who is going to be allowed to raise their own food? Down the road from here, also, is a seed company who sell only heirloom seeds, no genetically altered seeds, nothing hybrid, and no modified anything. NoGMO”s is one of their mottos.

    Guess .what? It’s not homogenized.
